The event starts at 11:00!
You'll be met by the friendly Curlys and Active Fusion team, and they'll help you get ready to go.
We welcome everyone to walk, jog, run or wheel (wheel chairs, mobility walkers, pushchairs etc) your way round.
The event is open to all ages, we do however recommend if the child is 'running' the event that they are aged 9 or over as per UK Athletics guidance.
The event is a mixed surface, including some light trail, we're confident thats it's super accessible and suitable for wheelchairs and push chairs.... but if in doubt please get in touch and we will update you if the weather changes things!

We ask for a donation of £2.50 or £5.00 (your choice), and all of your entry fee goes to the charity :)

Join the Active Fusion & Curly's team on event day for a walk, jog, wheel or run around our 3km course.
Simply arrive ahead of the start time and pick up your sticker from our team, and then it's off for 3 laps around the Kingswood centre!
You'll be greeted with music, smiles, water and a medal!
It's going to be an amazing atmosphere !
We don't time the event, but if you would like to record your time, you sure can.
We've even set up a leaderboard that you can submit results through to for a great record of your achievement. You can find details on this here

Our first Doncaster Active Fusion 3k Challenge take place at the fantastic Kindswoood Centre in Dearne valley.
Formerly the Earth Centre, one of the millennium commission projects, Dearne Valley was transformed into a state-of-the-art activity centre in 2012.
With fantastic indoor and outdoor activity facilities surrounded by the beautiful countryside of South Yorkshire, a purpose-built water sports lake and access to the adjacent River Don, Dearne Valley offers something for everyone.
